OCT member in good standing with a permanent or temporary teaching certificate

Successful completion of the Additional Qualification course: FNMI Peoples: Understanding Traditional Teachings, Histories, Current Issues and Cultures, Part 1; and

One year of successful teaching experience, certified by a supervisory officer.
